Join us for a day of volunteering on the prairie! Volunteers play a tremendous role with helping to protect and preserve the prairie. First Fridays are a great way for you to connect with nature and other passionate volunteers! Activities each month will vary, but may include invasive species removal, native prairie planting, or seed collecting.
Meeting Location: Shrike Prairie (next to the Matt Cook Memorial Wildlife Viewing Platform). Click here for directions.
KPC will provide all necessary supplies, but please bring water and wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and a hat (optional). No seed collecting experience is necessary to participate.
