Did you know that we have cities because we eat grass? It’s true, the humble grass plant has changed human history and helped create Texas culture. Come out and learn about the grasses that changed our world and how some of these wonderful plants can even help solve our modern problems today. Each child will receive a take home native grass for their garden or school.

Audience: Children ages 5-8
Cost: $8 per child
What to Wear: Long pants, close-toed shoes, a hat, and a water bottle
