Summer Science Nights: Houston Rocks!

  • Indiangrass Preserve 31950 Hebert Rd Waller, TX, 77484 United States

Summer Science Nights are a great way to enrich your child’s understanding of science in the best laboratory of all — the great outdoors. Each session includes hands-on, minds-on activities and a hike on one of our wildlife-rich preserves. Sign up for one, two, three, or all four classes. Each class runs from 6 - 8 pm at our Indiangrass Preserve.

Houston’s skyscrapers are on sitting on 40,000 feet of crushed mountain debris. Our local geology is fascinating. Come and explore how Houston was built by rivers, dive into fossils, and discover what lives in the soil beneath your feet.

Cost: $7 per child per class
